Q. I am having a party and want to use one of your designs, can the text be changed to suit my event?
A. Yes, we can word the invitation to suit your event. Our evening invitations are popular for parties. However designs which have 'Wedding' on the cover cannot be changed. The 'Elegant' range is particularly suited to parties and events.

Q. I want my name printed in gold on the cover, not 'Wedding', can this be done?
A. Sorry but no, this would be prohibitively expensive. However one of our designs called 'Elegant' features customised gold text.

Q. Can I get A3 sheets of card instead of A4?
A. Yes, provided we have the paper/card in stock, we can organise A3 sheets.

Q. I only need a small amount of invites and don't want to pay for the courier, can you post them to me?
We do not send anything of value by post, if your items are lost we have no way of tracking them. Instead we use a courier post service for smaller packages which costs €6.

Q. I want my wedding planner to deal directly with Love Letters, is that possible?
A. We prefer to communicate directly with the bride or groom. We will not divulge any personal information to a third party unless we have been expressly asked to. If you wish your wedding planner or other person to manage your order on your behalf you must submit your request in writing with full details of that third party.

Q. I live abroad and want my parents to deal with the stationery, is that possible?
A. Even though you are abroad, it would be much easier to deal with you directly via email. In our experience, too many cooks spoil the broth! We have had situations where we are getting phone calls & emails about the same order from 4 different people... all giving us different instructions. Off course you can send your parents into us to 'window shop' but when it comes to the finer details of the order, we want to liase with just one person, the bride. 

Q. I want to put a wax seal on my invite, do you sell wax & seals? If so can you do this for me?
A. We used to .. but not anymore and with good reason! Wax seals seem like a great idea until you try to do them. They are incredibly messy and take ages to do. You run the risk of them breaking in the post leaving only a greasy mark upon arrival! Our advice is stay away, however if you really want to we can give you details of a good supplier.

Q. Instead of a mass booklet, can you do a scroll?
A. Yes, if you are willing to have an abbreviated version of the mass then we can fit it on 1 A4 sheet rolled up & tied with ribbon. Or you can buy A4 sheets and ribbon and have a go yourself.

Q. We have our own artwork already designed, can you print it for us?
A. Your best option would be to go straight to a digital printer. Tip! Always start by sourcing your envelopes before you create your artwork, so you know what size the card should be.

Q. I have an idea for a design, can you realise it for me?
A. We can only answer this question after we know what you are looking for exactely. Ideally send us a picture or sketch so we can research materials and give you a quote. Please note that if you want something custom, you should come to us much earlier than normal, about 6 months before your wedding.

Q. Can you print thank you cards with our wedding photo on them?
A. Yes we can. To do so we would need written permission from your wedding photographer, to reproduce the image in question. Please enquire for a quote.
