If you don't want to write on your invitations & envelopes yourself we have 3 solutions:
1. Calligraphy
2. Printed Names & Addresses
3. Clear Labels

Calligraphy
Professional calligraphy can really add that special touch to your invitations & envelopes. The benefit of using our in-house calligrapher is that we take on board all the risk, meaning if a mistake is made you will not have to pay for extra invitations to be printed.

Please note that calligraphy is a time consuming process, so please order in plenty of time. Calligraphy may lenghten the normal turnaround time of 4 weeks. Please let us know you want calligraphy when ordering as we will not be able to provide the service after the stationery is made.

Printed Names & Addresses
Each invite can be individually printed with each guest's name. Each envelope can be printed with each guest's name and address. Unlike calligraphy this does not lengthen the turn around time, it will take the standard 4 weeks. When we print the guests' names, we usually do so in the same font as the rest of the invite so the effect looks very professional.

Deadlines for Submission for Calligraphy/Printed Names
A list of names/addresses must be supplied in the provided excel sheet at the time of ordering. We cannot begin until we have the full list of names. Once you submit your list of names to us, we regret that we will NOT allow any additional names or changes to existing names to occur. If you have ordered 100 invites and have chosen calligraphy or printed names on our order form, you will incur the calligraphy /printing cost for 100 even if you only supply is with 99 names. We will make make any additional invites blank. i.e. there will be a line to write in the guest name.

Clear Labels
If you would like to print all the addresses out on labels but don't want to spoil your envelopes with white office labels, then we have a good solution, Avery Clear Labels. There are 8 clear address labels on each A4 sheet. Please note these labels are for Laser printers only and will NOT work with an Inkjet printer. You can buy a whole box or you can get just the amount of sheets you need.
