What is a Menu Card?
The main function of Menu Card is to inform guests of the meal ahead, but they are also a lovely addition to your tables, helping to bring your stationery theme through to your reception.
When should I order them?
You can order them along with the day invitations or you can place a separate order nearer the wedding. In any case the text for menus should be supplied as soon as you have confirmed the menu but no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
How many should I order?
3 to 4 menus on a table of 8 to10 people will be more than enough.
How are Menu Cards Worded?
Each menu is different, however if space provides we try to fit the couples' name and wedding date at the top. Names of dishes are treated in the same way as song titles so each word should be capitalised. Wines can also be included if space allows. Here is an example.
