Order a Sample
Check out all our designs and remember that you can customise using different ribbon & diamante colours!
We offer 2 free samples plus there are other sample packages to choose from. It is important to see the quality and colours before you buy. Also you can let us know the colour scheme you are searching for and we will send you ribbon/diamante swatches too!
Step 1. Ordering Your Stationery
Add to Cart
Navigate to the items you want, fill in the questions about the finer details of that item and finally put in the quantity you need. Then press 'Add to Cart'. (Remember to order about 10% extra in case of errors or a growing guest list!). Continue adding any other items you want to your cart.
View Shopping Cart
Go to your Shppoing Cart to see all the items you added. Make a final check on your quantities. At the bottom beside the total, you can get an estimate on your shipping costs. Choose the best rate and 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Registering with Us
If you have not shopped with us before you will need to register. This will be very useful later on when you want to check the status of your order or if you make a second order.
Once registered you can proceed to the checkout and pay securely.
Once you order you will get an Order Confirmation email. Once your payment is processed you will get an email containing a Receipt.
Step 2. Reviewing Your Proofs
Getting Your Proofs
Within 24 hours of ordering (Tuesday - Friday GMT) our typesetter will take the information you supplied and create a proof. She will upload them to our Online Proofing System. You will be notified by email. The email will contain a link which will open the proofs up for you on screen.
Making Comments on Your Proofs
You can make as many comments as you wish to your proofs, once you have made all the comments, submit them to us by clicking 'Submit Decision' and then 'Changes Required'. Our typesetter will make the changes and publish a revised proof online. You can get up to 5 versions of your proof. (The original proof is version 1)
Approving Your Proofs
When the proof is finally perfect and you have checked it fully, you can click 'Approved' and we will begin to print!

Step 3. Production & Delivery
Scheduling Your Order
As soon as you approve we will send you an email with the estimated dispatch date.
This is were we get busy and make your stationery!
On the day of dispatch we will send you a Shipment email containing a tracking number and the courier contact details so that you can track your parcel online.
We will check in with you in the days following dispatch to make sure you got everything safely.
If you are happy with your stationery we would love a testimonial which you can add on the 'Brides Testimonials' page.

We are proud to say that we get very, very few complaints. Nothing is ever printed without your approval. We don't promise dispatch dates we can't manage. But from time to time damage can occur during transit, this is out of our control but we will replace or repair any damaged goods provided you tell us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return them promptly. Otherwise we will assume you are accepting them. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
