Place Cards

What is a Place Card?

Place Cards are small cards which tell your guests where they should sit at the reception.

When should I order them?

You can order them along with the day invitations or you can place a seperate order nearer the wedding. The text for printed place cards must be supplied no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding.

How many should I order?

1 place card for each person plus a few extra.

What is the difference between a Blank Place Card and a Printed Place Card?

Blank Place Cards are supplied without any printing on them so you can write on the guests names yourself. This is a cheaper and more flexible option. However if you would prefer that we print each guest's name onto the place cards, then you should order Printed Place Cards. You will need to be organised and send us list of your guests in an excel sheet template which we will supply when you order.

How are Printed Place Cards worded?

Unless you are having a very small wedding, both first names and surnames should be on the place card. For formal weddings also include the title of the guest too.
For Example: John Smith or Mr. John Smith
